i have an unmodified ABIT KG7 labeled rev1.0 that:
1) Has native (i did not solder anything) XP Diode support for my Morgan 1.1Ghz CPU -- no one else has this 2) Has voltage regulator issues... when anything but 1.75v is selected in BIOS under any circumstances it is incredibly unstable. Any ideas? -- Or is this just a mixed blessing?

maybe your morgan doesn't like differant voltages, or your psu isn't powerful enough. What is your 5v line like at load and idle?

I have the same board, and mine doesn't have any problems... But I have a 1.4 Tbird in it. @1.65 with .25 voltage raise

It doesn't support the onboard XP diode... It has it's own diode below the chip.
Other than that, yeah I believe you.
