I use artic silver thermal adhesive mixed with a small amount of artic silver. It transfers heat well and bonds fairly well depending on how much AS you mix with the adhesive.

you can use AS Alumina Epoxy as well, which doesn't conduct electricity, transfers heat really well, and bonds like normal epoxy

i also recommend acrtic silver epoxy of some sort wheater its the origianl or the alumina stuff.

if you want to be able to remove it with ease later on just add some regular acrtic silver thermal paste into the mix

I recommend Arctic Alumina Epoxy.. Transfers heat great, doesn't conduct electricity at all. Holds the heatsink on just find, and comes off when you want it to without a hassle.
