What pelt and psu to use?

I'm thinking of useing a pelt to to cool my Duron 950 when I overclock it. The watts it puts out are 38 standard, 50 minimum o/c, and 70 maximum o/c. There are two pelts I'm looking at, one is danger den's 120W;
Imax= 7.9 amps
Qmax= 120 watss
Vmax= 24.6 volts
Delta Tmax= 69 (C)
$31.00
and two is BeCooling's 156W;
18.5 amps
156 watts
15.8 volts
Delta Tmax= 68 (C)
$29.99
Right now I have a 235W ATX powersupply sitting here, so can I use that, maybe with some mods, or will I have to buy a new one? I'll be heading to surplus store to see what they got too.
If I go ahead with this I may have questions on insulating also.
My waterblock is homemade if it matters.
Any other suggestions are welcomed.

well i dout ur 235w atx ps will have the amperage for a tec...if u could give us some specs about the 12v line of the powersupply i could probably tell u if it would work....it might just work for that 156w cause it runs at 15.8v and ull have to put it down to 12v (which is where i would run it anyways, thats probably the sweet spot for 16v tecs) which in turn brings the required amps down.....ok im gona stop typing cause i probably confused the hell out ya....
