Pretty much got it right. One thing is www.mcmaster.com doesn't measure that way. Please check out the site and search for "threaded nylon rod". They give regular diameters down to 1/4". Smaller than that, i'm not sure of their system.

where were you plannin on purchasing that FS020 from, I've been looking for one for a while and no one seems to be able to get them so I can buy one probably since it's a fairly new product.

I purchased my FS020 case from Jim Hanson at Coolcases and had him modify it slightly (punch out the sheet-metal fan grills and replace the factory fan with 3 Panaflo FBA12G12L1A low noise fans with wire grills.)

Another site that carries the FS020 is Outside Loop Computers

I'll be putting up pics of the demo rig soon.

It will power a 1.2GHz T-bird to about 1.5 to 1.7GHz no pelts yet.
