sorry, but i dont quite understand what you mean by capped off.

i thought for inline setups, there's no evaporation.

when i (finally) go to a watercooled setup, dont you need to bleed the system of airbubbles first?

The end of the hose coming from the T has a cap. I fill the system through this tube, once filled and all air bubbles have worked their way out of the system then the T line is capped off, as not to leak....
