I sugest you take it down to someone to do.
By the time you purchased the flux/solder etc, you could have payed someone with the experience/skill to do a realy good job.
But why not just make a Copper cap and clamp it ?
It would solve the problems - and hassle, peace of mind too.
I never said to CLAMP it... I said to screw it down... I'm sorry, but trying to fit liitle C clamps on a waterblock would be a nightmare

I've done everything from played with Hornby trains, to crash Aurora slot cars, to get 604kb of conventional memory free so I could play games in dos, to getting the highest sustained dual coppermine setup I know of, to driving cars, through to many other fun topics, and I'm 17 right now.

so stfu :P

seriously though, I remember asking mum and dad for a 386 so I could play Wolf3d, my 286 couldn't cut it

Sorry Jessm, when you said "clamp", it brought visions of various hold down setups, not screws And in Webmasta's post he reminded again peeps that there is already an o-ring for sealing.

Webmasta - C-clamps !?!?!

* thinks about it a sec and does remember seeing people using c-clamps to hold on GPU blocks *

Ok,ok
