Swissflow Sensors

Where the hell can I pick some of these puppies up? I tried contacting Swissflow directly but that led nowhere.

Also -- the mini in-line flow sensors. they look 1/2" or around that.. anyone know?

I have one of those "puppies", directly ordered from Swissflow.
Not cheap, 114 Euro with taxes and shipment to Belgium (about 125$).

The outer diameter of the connections (threaded part) is about 16mm, inner diameter is 10mm.
Can be connected directly to a mobo fan connector. (output is pulsed, 50 to 2000Hz for 0.5 to 20 liter/minute)

These are some specs from the Swissflow site (http://www.swissflow.com):

Flow range 0.5 - 20 liter/min.
Accuracy ± 1.00 %
Output 50 - 2000 Hz, square wave on - off
Temperature range -20°C to 90°C
Operating pressure 16 bar
Max. pressure 40 bar
Excitation 5 - 24 VDC, 12 - 24 mA
Power consumption 12 - 24 mA
Liquid type clear or translucent liquids capable of transmitting IR light
Liquids water, chemicals, oil (up to 1000 Cst), etc.
Process connections 3/8" BSP Male
Electrical terminations 3-wire flat cable sealed in housing, 15 cm.

Any inkling as to the pressure drop across that sensor? I need to replace the manual one I have, but I don't want another unit that induces huge pressure drop...

Difficult to judge since it's still not operational and I didn't have the time to do some flow rate tests...
Let's say it's more like blowing through 1 meter (or 3 feet) of 3/8" tubing. (remember, the inner diameter of the SF800 is 10mm, close to the ID of 3/8" tubing)

Thanks!
As you maybe know, I started my own company as a provider in computer services, middle of september 2001.
For the past six months I had a lot of headaches about the future of the company, but last month we finally signed a contract for a duration of one year full time work.
I had also some financial problems, therefore my PC-70 project was stopped for a while.
Since the company is finally making profits, I can think about finishing my watercooling setup.
So I suppose that in the next few months I will again post messages about the progress of my setup.
CU,
CD
