flushing a system

Can you run radiator flush on top of water wetter? Or should you emty the system first and add fresh water and the flush. I'm already developing some greenish brown stains on my silicon tubing and some sluge on the tips of my barbs. Could it be some left over oils from the machining prosess? Also has anyone encountered brown stains in there water blocks and will the flush get rid of it?

Well if it's tap it could be stuff in your water thats starting to harden and stick to your parts.

If it's distilled well then thats more difficult. In my own with super-coolant and distilled I still notice a small ammount of sludge but it is not hard and it comes out with enough fresh water flushed through it. Best guess for me is that the dye-lite starts to change things a bit as I notice that dye-lite will leave resedue in my system.
