Hey, I reformatted my computer and then put in my 98 boot disk to get cd rom support, (have windows xp in the cdrom) and when i try to load setup from my cdrom drive it says:
"this program cannot be run in dos mode" any ideas??? I had windows ME before but that shouldnt really change anything, but i've never had a problem like this before=P.... Well, thanks, IvAn |

why are you using a boot disk? ...not needed. Select boot from CDROM in the BIOS, and then boot straight from the WINXP Cd. Same goes for Windows 2K.

if all else fail the file to run is \i386\winnt.exe
