Default um stupid question but

well i just got a black ice evo , and well what screws should i to attach the fan to it , all the screws i have don't seem to fit ... thank for the help

You're suppose to use 6-32 screws(or bolts), find them at any Home Depot kinda place. They won't fit because the BIs are self-tapping deals, you really have to torque those bolts down. On the other hand, if you screw up (heh) and widen the hole too much, you're outta luck. I didn't want to use screws, so instead I ran cable ties thru the whole thing, right between the fins.

I foundsome 6/32 self tappers at home depot and some little rubber washers to space the length of the screws and quiet vibration

i got lucky ass hell and had some old 1 1/2" machine screws that threaded perfectly into my BLX.

two fans will help it, especially with low powered fans which don't have much back pressure. And of course you have increased redundancy

Just to WARN you... I used bolts that fit the holes perfectly, however.....

The bolts holes didn't line up from one side to the other... In fact, one side was off by about 4mm. Really irritating, I was ONLY able to get two screws on one diagonal to line up half way decently to be able to push the screw over enough to screw it through.
