Default Air Traps and Special Valves?

http://www.hardforum.com/showthread....hreadid=226038 I see more and more people doing crazy and awasome stuff like this all the time. What is the theory behind these fancy valving systems and air traps? Any Pro/Coolers out there have intresting pictures they can post so I may learn the secrets?

Search. We have had a half dozen the last 10 days alone.

Basically the idea of taps is to make it very easy to fill and drain a system as well as remove all the air. It can take months for many inline systems to fully bleed without them.

The search feature here sucks. So just kinda sort through posts. Find the name "Turbokeu". Get his member number. Search by that. He has some very professional, redundant setup/bleed system w/ an air trap.
Phree, you're spending way too much time in the (h)ard-forums.

I have seen most of those pictures, but no one ever really states how they get to that point.

Phree, there is one post where Turbokeu actually goes step by step through the construction process of his custom clear reservoir. He posts pics for each step. There are like 15 pics on that page.

Kev, I know he posted that on the [H] but did he post it here as well? That was a great article, but I like the RC Fill Tank idea better, mainly because you can purchase a Dubro for about $3 or so.

Here is the how to at [H]: http://www.hardforum.com/showthread.php?threadid=226038

I have the clear acrylic tubing in my possession, but I haven't found the right PVC parts in 50mm size yet. I need to go to some real plumbing stores tho as Home Depot and Lowe's aren't cutting it lately...

what kind of digi did you use to take those pics? They're really sharp! I want to buy a digi, but a few things must take priority.

me? It is a Kodak DC280 (about a year and a half old). I got it to take pics of my son so I could <s>con wife into getting a cool toy for me</s> justify the expense. I think there are nicer cameras available nowadays though.
