Default 2 172watt pelts cooling a 1.333ghz t-bird

I was wondering if I could run 2 172 watt pelts at 24v using two 430w Enermax PSU's and also run the rest of the system components.

How many amps do they draw at that voltage? Double that to find the amp draw when running them in parralel electrically. Since you will have to link the psus in serial(with the creative wiring to get that to work) to get the 24V what is the amp suply on the +12V line on one of them? Will they get enough? With how much spare?
You may want to repeat this question in the peltier forum.
