Default Some more pics of my PC-70

Part One
In addition to my thread ( http://forums.procooling.com/ubbcgi/...&f=2&t=000555] ) here are some more pics:

The relay, mounted and connected.

Idem.

Details of the AC line connection for the pump.

Details of the airtrap.

Pump and Filling & Bleeding system.

Remark the piece of 20mm silicone tube between pump and PVC tubing.

I replaced the original 2-wire cable (with a big Molex) of the fanspeedselector on the front panel by a 3-wire cable with a little Molex. Through a drilled hole in the PCB I connected the third wire with the RPM monitoring connection of one of the two front fans.

Rear view of the fanspeedselector. The wires are glued with a gluegun.

Part Two

"Purple Ice" anti-corrosion additive and green Fluo Dye Lite.

These are the parts that I used for modding the Swiftech MCW462. 1/4" to 1/4 nipple (drilled to 10mm internally), a 90° 15mm copper turn and a piece of 15mm copper tube, all hardsoldered together.

Compared to the original swivel connectors of the MCW462.

Comparision of the ID of a standard 3/8" brass hosenipple and a 20mm PVC tube.

One of my 30cm (12") CCFT Black Lights and a pink one + convertors.

One of the clamps for the 20mm PVC.

Original "PSU mounting plate".

Pert Three

What you need to hardsolder.

Front view of my "CPU clock indicator"

Details of the CPU clock indicator.

I will post some pics with the circuit filled with water when the Black Lights are installed.

That looks really slick, I really like that relay box. Good work!

Hey, got a question, I've been modding my pc70 and I have a mag drive 250. When I run it it rattles the aluminum. I've added neoprine under it but the case still ratlles.

Do anyone have any suggestions?

Rattling is mostly caused or by air bells in the water, or by the impeller rattling around the impeller axe (it's common with the Danner pumps).
I read on a OC-site how to glue the impeller of a Danner pump onto the axe with some superglue, so that the rattling stops, but I can't remember where...

Just a note of caution, don't glue the magnet on the axle or you can throw your pump to the bin. Make sure you *only* glue the propeller on the magnet.
