Default Radiator position, inside or outside the case?

What better, inside or autside the case?
I see many pictures of sistem with radiator inside the case, but I see that design of many radiator are for outside mount (many people must modify the fitin to put then inside).

What do you think?

Down to preference mainly, inside looks neater but may give higher case temps and will quite often require modding. Outside is easier and some like the look of a rad outside (show off the obsesion;'] ) and might be the only way with a large rad for a high power system.
