What make/size fans are you guys using? I saw the black ice ad saying " must use 100 cfm fan" 100 cfm fans (120mm) from plycon are rated at 40+dba, and THAT is the reason for ME to go to WC, to lessen the noise.Anyone have any input on this?
Thx.

Should be just fine.. Planning to run pelts? Keep an eye on the temp of the air leaving the rad, if it's coming out warm, you might want to increase the airflow.

I'm dropping ~85w from a single throttled 35 CFM fan. Wisper quiet and with 3-4C of ambient.

I have a YS Tech 120mm 136cfm (the best noise/air flow fan I've seen) on my heatercore (1989 escort w/AC)
works like a charm. I'm gonna drop the fan to 7V to see if it still cools well and kills some noise.

I'm going to use a DigiDoc 5 to control the fans in my case. I'm going to put two of those 100 CFM fans on the radiator, one always on, the other controlled by the DigiDoc. The rest (except maybe a HD fan) will be controlled also.
