Default Question on uncommon Pumps

I need a pump for an inline system with a Spir@l and a heatercore. Eheims are too expensive locally, Danners aren't available.
Do any of you know anything about the following pumps? they look interesting... especially the Aqua-Bee and JBL. I used the search function but found nothing of interest.

Aqua-Bee UP 1000 (1000 l/h)
Aqua Clear Power Head 3000 or 4000 (at 900 l/h. and 1600 l/h)
JBL ProFlow Maxi 1000 (1000 l/h)

If none of these are any good, I'll probably end up with one of those Via Aqua pumps

They all look like they'd do the job, but they all will need a bit of work to set up inline (sealing ect)

True.... and that's the first time I've ever seen Studiedata being cheap.

But the Eheim 1048 also has a lot lower throughput: 600 l/h versus 900-1600 l/h in the above pumps..

Hmm....don't go with low quality on the pump thing....that's probably the most important thing in your setup...

I've got the Eheim 1048, it's really great......and my impression is, that it's really stable.....and good quality....

But if ya look here, there might be a couple of "cheap" pumps....

www.akvarieudstyr.dk

Btw, nice to see ya in here Mumrik

EDIT: The Aquabee 500 is very cool also, and it's dimensions are quite small for such a powerfull pump, not so big like the Eheims...one of my friends have that Aquabee pump, and he likes it very much, it's also silent

as long as you don't know how high those pumps can pump you really don't know how powerfull they are .... they can be papertigers ...

Nice seeing you too Gnozo...

If you check the links I posted in the first post, you'll see that they lead to the same place you recommended

Thanks for the info on the Aqua-Bees... I might pick up a 1000 or 2000 then.

the 2000 has a 1.6m. lift and pumps 2000 l/h and the 2000/1 has a 3m. lift.

One more question.

Gnozo, do you know the size of the inlet and outlet on the Aqua-Bees? I'm going for a ½" system naturally...

It's 3/8" barbs on the Aquabee 500, but I guess that the barbs on the 1000/2000 model are bigger?

Btw, do ya got ICQ or something?

Yeah well, I do have an ICQ account, but I haven't installed a client on my new computer yet...
So I'll have to get back to you on that one, sorry.
