Well I went and started buying everything, all I need now is tubing and the pump.
Here's what I ordered. From Case Etc. - 10" Black Light kit - Spiral Wrap (w/black light it turns red) This will be for all the wires. - Panaflow M1A 120mm - 5w 100ohm rheostat w/aluminum knob - 120mm chrome grill - 16x12 Acrylic window with molding - cable ties I ordered a blackice radiator, and the Maze 2 Water block, I already have ASII. All I need is some dyelite, maybe some water wetter. Round IDE Cables, and an inline water pump... Compact of course. Now onto some questiosn, I have a minion 4000 case mid/full tower. Basically a mid tower about 2 inches taller. What I want to figure out is where to mount the radiator. I was thinking of 2 diffrent spots. Here's a couple of pics of the case so you guys can get an idea. ![]() ![]() The front Bezel, sides and top of the case are mated together, they all come off at once. I have enough room to mount it like front intake fan. But as you can see intake isn't the greatest. I was thinking of either cutting the right side of the case bottom front corner to open it up, and mount the radiator some how so it can pull air in from there. Or I was thinking of cutting a whole in the bottom of the case and mounting it there, and making it so it would suck in from the bottom of the case. I have a wood stand I made for it to sit on, than I could possibly cut a whole in the stand so it can either exhaust through there or intake from there. What do you guys think? Or when I get the kit should I just mount it where the intake fan is, and see how it does with cooling from there?

Dude, I went way broker then that doing out my case. (Lian-Li PC70) I like that case though, it looks good. Once you go aluminum you never go back though. I would suggest mounting the radiator on an exhaust though. That was you get the air out of the case. just make sure the case is well ventilated, other wise you'll be moving hot air through the rad.... another Idea is to isolate the rad from the rest of the case. you make an air duct which pulls air into the case, through the rad, and out.. without touching anything else. I just dropped my heater core (D-tek) through the top of my case, above the power supply and isolated it, using 4 LA1 panaflow fans to pull air through it.
![]() Well, the system in there made me way more broke.

One thing, my case comes off in 1 peice, it's all 1 peice. It slides off bezel forward. I could mount it, and cut a whole in the right side, with the fan on the inside so the radiator is getting alot of outside air, but it still wouldn't be mounted to the side of the case. Or I was thinking of cutting a whole in the bottom of the case, and have the fan down, so the heat coming off the radiator is going out. If I mounted the 1st way I mentioned the heat would be going into the case.
Anymore opinions here?

Well I got my radiator finally. Look at the date of the thread, I ordered it the day before, and I just now got it.
Well, I still need a pump, I'm thinking of going with a MaxiJet for space reasons. Anyway I'm still not sure how I want to mount it. I was thinking of cutting the whole in the right hand bottom farthest forward corner. To either exhaust the air coming from the radiator. Which means it will suck the air from within the case through it, and exhaust it out. With this, I would reqire my slot fan to intake, and my 80mm would also be intake, and I would modify the funnel I got for my sk6, so that the exhaust coming of my psu will force the air up... Or I was thinking of cutting the same hole, except it would be intake, and the air being run through, would go into the case, and my 80mm and slot fan would then exhaust it out. Which would be more effective? Also my signature is a little outdated now. I've got lots of new goodies.
