ive been told its best to suck air through the radiator rather then blow it trhough, but what if you had a fan on the bottom blowing air and a fan on top sucking air? would that improve the cooling ability?

It would increase noise. Hmm I will get OcP to talk to you he did this. I tried both ways on my radiator and get better temps with it blowing through so thats what I do. Try both and see what works best on yours.

Lots of factors come in to play, depending upon the fan and the heatercore and the shrowd u r using. I had a fan blowing throught my heatercore and added a second one sucking through my heatercore and my temps didnt chagne at all so really the only way to know whats best is do some tests.

It is usually better to have one fan blow through the radiator. Some fans can suck well, but they need to be powerful. A fan on each side usually doesn't help too much.
