there was this paint i once saw that was used on some case somewere. The description said that the paint had like 2000+ colors in it and it changes color depending on the angle you look at it. I was wanted to know if someone could tell me what this paint is called and its application process.

Wal-Mart sells a cheap version that applies just like regular paint.

The Walmart stuff is Duplicolor Mirage. It's about $25 for 3 8oz cans. It's in the automotive section.
1 can primer. 1 can 'mirage' paint. 1 can clear coat. It works pretty good for spray can stuff and is a lot cheaper then $300+ a Quart for the automotive grade. Though if you wanna go that route a quart will paint quite a few cases. ![]() Personally I use it for accent/trim. Power buttons, shapes, odd details. I'd show but I don't have image hosting, that and it's one of those paints that doesn't photo well.
