Need some help on hose, rad and pump 2.

I just bought new 3/8" ID hose, and... the pic. will show you (sorry for the large pics, but I didn't notic it, and now the batt. is flatt)

Sorry, can't find the program wiche you uploads picture white....I will take new pics. and upload them later when I find the prog.

The small hose fits innside the new 3/8" hose i bought

On the pump it hardly fits,I was forsed (needed too) use some oil and tvist it, but it worked.
It fittet on the BI too, maybe some loose when you see look at the pump, but it fittet.

The BI have some restriction in it, the opning is smaller then everything else in the system, tought it should be 3/8, but it's a "wanabe" 3/8

Yep its not exactly 3/8" but yak yak.. i think im gonna throw away my BI and go for Chillers instead..

Here is the pictures, a little late maybe, but my car broke down, so I needed too fix it.

Commparing the swichtec hose ageinst a 3/8 ID hose, see the diffrens.

As you see, the 3/8 ID hose don't fitt the BI very good, it's very loosy. It's a wanabe 3/8 OD not ID.

Here is the innlet to the Enheim pump, if it hasen't been for the bigger "ring" the BI would fitt inside the pump.
