Default questions about danger den

I ordered some parts from them last Tuesday. Got an email saying things would be shipped within 3-5 days.

I talked to Dan via email, and he said it looked like it would ship Friday, but I never got a confirmation email with tracking number or anything.

So, basically this is for anyone that has ordered from them in the past. Do you get a tracking number, or a shipping confirmation email??

I don't belive that I ever recieved a shipping notice or tracking numbers. I would send them another e-mail and ask if you could get those from them.

They emailed me a shipping notice, it's apart of their business system so unless you've given them a faulty email-address you should receive a notice when the time comes.
I've experienced nothing but good service and support from Danger Den.

Having also just ordered parts from them, I know all too well the predicament you're in. Especially since their main page said they had some problems with some orders getting lost. I would check with them to make sure they got your order.

I received a shipment confirmation on Sunday afternoon with a UPS tracking number. (after placing the order on either the previous Sunday / Monday). I emailled asking the same questions you had, and was reassured that they did have my order, and it was in progress.

I'm just a little impatient when it comes to these things.. I ordered the stuff last Tuesday morning. I asked Dan about the shipping since it took about 2 hours for the email confirming my order. He said that it should be shipping on Friday. I emailed him Saturday to see if it had in fact shipped, and still have not heard back from him.

I emailed again today. Hopefully they let me know whats going on with my order. I know it didn't ship Friday because I got 2 day shipping, and UPS delivers here (office) before 10:00 AM every day and they didn't bring my package today.

Like I said, I have a bad habit of being impatient, and I guess I shouldn't rush art like the DD Maze2.. haha

Got an email from Dan today, and it was a case of lost email on my server. He sent the tracking number Monday, and my server lost it somehow.

I will have the stuff in my hands today and I am sure I will be thoroughly impressed!
