My First water cooled project

Objective: Max cooling when playing Tribes II @ 150 fps (inside at least) w/ my hot ass AMD 1133 & Leadtek Geforce2 pro 64 ddr 5 ns. Also near whisper operation while listening to mp3's at night. In other words i want a quiet case that can cool everything that heats up in my case, with the ability to kick in some more cooling power w/ a slight noise increase. I do not intend to overclock. That being said any ability to overclock by implementing this system would ne appreciated. I want my AMD to stay around room temp and I will be a Happy Camper. Case: In-Win Full ATX Q500 URL: www.in-win.com Waterflow: Res=>Radiator=>CPU=>Vid=>M/b=>Res Radiator: Cube Style. Either Danger Den or Aquastealth. Exhaust Fan: 120mm Fan (Quiet as possible! Suggestions??) Will also have a rheostat or potentiometer hooked up to it. Ducted 5" heater duct out a 90 degree turn to top of case. Resevoir w/ submerged Xgph pump. Placed on bottom of case.X = Quiet as possible, while satisfying my cooling needs. Suggestions please!!!!!!!! Water Blocks: CPU: MAZE II by Danger Den. Chipset and video: Any maze offering will do, like the one from Aquastealth. Pease give me your thoughts and keep in mind i am entirely new at this but have experience with computers and auto mechanics.

Badly,
Nice diagram. Probably should have done that myself to make things clearer in my post. Only prob I can see matey is that the PSU will be exhasting air right next to the rad intake. Depends on the Wattage of your PSU as to how much this will affect temps. |

I have the same case as you. You might have trouble with the radiator above the PS, depending on how the inlet/outlets run on the radiator. I put my tank where your radiator is and the radiator at the bottom front of the case, exhausting air out the side. On the Q500,a 6x6x4 Marine JB for a tank fits nicely above the PS. I used some insulation between the PS and tank. Good luck.

I will also have sprayfoam surrounding the radiator and and the fan/duct area. Ideas and suggestions please. What do you guys think about a top mounted triple 92mm fan radiator w/ air ducts going out either side? My idea is that since the flow is from one side to the other i coukd have the fan closest to the exiting water on all time and turn on the other 2 via a digitaldoc when my temps go up. Sorry no pic yet... Also I would like input on a quiet pump that can push the water round in this design while being quiet as possible. Ideas and suggestions please.
