How do you erase a .dll file?

I installed this nifty little software, but when i try to erase it, it says cannot erase the.dll????

Get a Win98 boot disk, boot your machine into dos, and then delete away. Problem solved. That is also a good way of getting rid of your dllcache in winxp and win2000.
