Default Where the heck can I buy an Iwaki md20rz?!

I've been looking for this pump for a while and am amazed how hard it has been to find. Someone pointed me to deepseagallery.com but they only have the 100 volt version, not 115. I definitely want the japanese motor version, can someone please tell me where I can find it in the US. Thanks.

E-mail Iwaki-Walchem, and ask them what reseller of theirs is closest to you. In Toronto it was a company called Service Filtration... pretty decent price for a new pump.

I would see who has the best prices on Iwaki pumps, and then have them special order it.

Google is your friend. Check out online aquarium stores, lots carry them. The bad part is, most sites I've found that carry them aren't listed on www.resellerratings.com so do a bit of homework and ask around, you should be a happy chappy in the end.

peace.

Thanks for all the replys guys. Looks like customaquatics has what I'm looking for. Just a couple quick questions on the subject. What's the difference between the regular 20rz and the 100 volt model? Also, I heard that the 30rz is gross overkill for a computer watercooling application and just adds heat to the water but I don't know if my proposed setup is typical. I plan on using this lytron all copper beast. I put a cd on it to better depict size.

So should I stick with the 20rz or consider the 30?

i think the 100v is supposed for the japanese market ones or soemthing. Either way just get the regular 115V ones.
Iwaki pumps supposed to put out very little heat that's why the pumps metal casing is very hot.
