Default new macrochannel block

http://becooling.safeshopper.com/6/191.htm?499

SlitEdge eh? sounds kinda funny but if at $55 it can perform like a $90 WW then i'd be okay. oo and look at those lofty claims, dont start the same nemesis/evolution thread over again tho
at least they say one of the best. i trust becooling though.

Microchannels? No, those aren't even mini... MACROchannels is more like it. Looks like it might work well for a 40x40 pelt. But without any flow directors, I have to doubt the outer channels are getting much flow.

If it were cheaper I might look into it, but that's too pricy for what it is.

It's far far away from ww. i can see no impingement in that block, anyone can point it out for me please??

if the water is going to enter from one side and travel to the other side, without any impingement, i don't know what kind of performance that block can give you. No turbulance and no high speed water, how is heat going to be collected with a fast rate??

Technically, it is not saying it is better than WW. It is only saying it is one of the best performing blocks on the market. As of right now, WW is not available.

Also... When Cathar did a test without the center barb it performed just a few C worse than with. I'll take a few C hit if I can have just 2 barbs!

BillA's White Water review

Check out those C/W values. It is, quite simply THE best waterblock on the market, though availability has always been an issue due to it being handmade.

Of course the jet nosel made a difference, but not as much as people are thinking. There is a lot more than just impingement going on in there. Anyway, Morphling1's block looks as close to perfect as I've seen yet. I hope he can get those things mass produced soon. I'm going to be buying in the next couple of months.

The impingement nozzle on the White Water makes about a 3C difference on a hot CPU over a side-to-side action.

The White Water will be mass-produced very, very soon. It's going though the final stages of market preparation as we speak. It will be available at quite a significant price reduction over the hand-made items that I made, and it will be manufactured by a major USA-based waterblock maker.

will you still make profit though? and, will they be lapped to the degree that I hear you lap the blocks to?
