Better temps with an inline setup?

If going from a submerged setup to an inline one, would you get better temps?

I'd think it depends how many watts of heat the pump is dumping into the water, whether the rad is dispersing it all efficiently. A submerged pump will dump all it's heat in the water, an inline one won't. Nothing to write home about unless you run a monster pump
