I'm using DVD XCopy and DVD Decrypter. If it is a dual layer DVD, XCopy is superior since it can break the video into sections for burning onto two DVDs. If it is a single layer, then DVD Decrypter will burn an ISO of it onto another DVD. Be warned, with XCopy, you can't burn a copy of a copy. You can get a copy of the software and crack for XCopy on Kazaa. DVD Decrypter is shareware and can be located on Google. For cheap DVDs, look for spools of 50 for $50 on Newegg.
Rawk. I burn around 24 movies a month now. I'm getting quite the library. I practice rent-to-burn.
