When you choose to believe it, water itself is the best coolant you can use. The ONLY real reason to use any additive is to prevent/slow down corrosion. Sure Mercury and maybe some stuff NASA might have may be better, but for arguments sake, you won't find anything better than water as a coolant.

Actually water is much better to mecury. just because its rare, expensive and toxic doens't mean its good
