Default Water+Glycerine Coolant

Can a learn-ed person check out these properties of water+glycerine and tell me if it's better than water as a coolant?

Products available.

When you choose to believe it, water itself is the best coolant you can use. The ONLY real reason to use any additive is to prevent/slow down corrosion. Sure Mercury and maybe some stuff NASA might have may be better, but for arguments sake, you won't find anything better than water as a coolant.
