Mod pls delete...

I am officially an idiot. The power connector to my vid card fell out and that was causing the problems.

Re-install the vid drivers. Happens to me all the time when I am switching stuff around. I will get half the score I usually do in 3D Mark and then I will re-install the vid drivers and all is good again.

There must be something going on. Too much power being used?

Did you check your BIOS settings?
