Default power for pelts

i need to know something, with ondaedg's PSU article, when 24 volt is initiated, is the amperes doubled by the two psu's in series? and another thing, i found a page showing voltages for each wire on the ATX connector and i got 24 volts with it, and i wondered one thing, if my regular +12v line is only 8.0 Amps ( feel free to tell me my PSU sucks, im gettin a new one anyways ) would my my 24v line be running hte amperes or would it be cut in half??? thanks alot guys
http://www.7volts.com/atxnotes.htm is the lin kfor the site with the voltages

series = volts increase
parallel = amps increase

If you do that, consider getting some 5v pelts and make a chiller. you'll need a 5v load anyway. Might as well take advantage of the 44amps you'll have on each of the 5v lines.
