i am currently building my w/c setup and was testing just the rad, pump and resivior and yeah ok..so it kept the water at about 1 degree below ambient but i feel i need more to cool a cpu.
so i am now thinking either a) peltier radiator - something like a small metal resivior cooled by the pelt which the water flows through.....or b)peltier chiller - something like a bigger resivior which is cooled by big heatsink fins from 1 possibly 2 peltiers any thoughts and/or advice would be gratefully reciecved, thanks

Are you saying that you use a peltier to cool the water and have the water cool the processor? That's one way of doing it, but I'm pretty sure you might be better off having a peltier pull the heat out of the core and use the water to transport the heat away. However, you would have to protect everything from condensation either way.
