peltier overheating

i am trying to make a water block similar to that one but am having trouble finding the copper material

Haha no prob. Anyhow, those blocks were custom made for me by Dennis from Dangerden specifically for testing in the article. I'll probably re-try it some time w/ a recirculating design and insulation. But anyhow, you can get some from www.overclock-watercool.com .
