i am going to build a chiller, anyone know where i can get a 71 watt pelt and if it will run off the enermax 650 watt PS.

You can get a 71W pelt at the most OC shops and it will work on a enermax xxx.
But there is a small problem: homemade chillers with a very low watt rating (71W) won't work. |
