Looking for an Inexpensive PSU for a 172w Pelt -- would this one work??

I seem to have stumbled on a real deal on Ebay if this PSU would work. But I can't seem to find any specs on the Maker of PSU (the maker -- HC Power -- was bought by another company).

Would this PSU work for a 172w Pelt. The PSU seems kind of overkill (24V 52A) -- but it looks like a good deal.

Damn that is an awesome power supply. haha look at the last line there: "weighs approximately 14 lbs"
That seems pretty damn heavy for a psu. I wonder how big it is. But 52A on the 24v line is tough to turn down...
