VW Golf mk2 1.8l GTI 8 valve 112 hp, '87 yr, just bought it for 2000 E, so far so good, delighted with the engine and the power it deliveres. Needs paint job and some plastic parts replaced (working on it )
Citroen AX 1.4 TZS, 66 hp, yr '87, wife drives it, great little car, runs like hell, but consumes 7.5 l / 100 km, more than golf...

wow i would like to put my hands on that engine you have to put on my polo just replace the cylinder head with a forged 16v one, add a small turbo and you can get up to 250bhp easily . that engine is very good and quite light as well. i think your golf is lighter than my polo although it has a larger engine, if i am not mistaken the gti version weighs less than a ton, correct? my polo weighs 1.4tons

1995 Integra SE

No real mods... Just a Short-Ram Intake.

But look whats being rebuilt for my car!

Thats just the snail cover for the compressor side. The turbo is a .60/.63 Garrett T3, which through some math, matches up perfectly with the flow characteristics of my engine at the low boost levels I'll be running...

When money starts raining from the heavens and I can afford to put the damn thing in!

Can you give me some more info or links for that mod? I'll google for it, but it would be much easier to have some links?

Please?

Shifter Karts are the uber bad ass!

I was watching some endurance karting last weekend at Road America and in 2 weeks I am heading back there for the ALMS race and am going to kick back and watch the karting some (.8mile road course Kart track.. VERY impressive setup compared to some other pro kart courses)

You need a 4 cylinder motorcycle engine on there...

As if it wasn't fast enough already

Shifters own small course AutoX events.

ok, for a cylinder head, you need to buy a normal 16v cylinderhead from a vw dealer, then take it to some one that can forge it for you, in malta we have a person who can do that, you can give him your cylinder head and then pick it up a week later forged

then for a turbo, there are a lot of turbos on the market, you can just visit www.overboost.com and pick a turbo from their.
then of course you would need to change the chip, you can put a superchip, here is a link http://www.geocities.com/zoqditeam/chips.html or maybe a dta http://www.geocities.com/zoqditeam/dta.html or a perfect program to program your chip, here the link http://http://www.perfectpower.com/products/smt6.asp

hope they are enough
