Mounting multiple pelts

Dumb n00bee question, multiple pelts are mounted on top of each other correct? with a ton of arctic silver? Is this right?

No, Thet are mounted side by side. Stacking is possible, but difficult.

also you'd be wanting a thin film of AS, not a ton
