Default The best heater core

i am asking, What in your opinon on which heater core would provide the best cooling. I will be using 2 120mm fans, and the heater core will have a shroud around it going to the fans.

I agree with Mad Mike

#2342

At the site you are making use of. $29.89 for the best rad made that is sized for 2 X 120mm fans.

Don't let the long inlet/outlet hold you back. It took me only about 15 min. to both cut off the long tubes with a hand hack saw and to solder on a new fitting on the one end that wasn't the size I wanted.

This single pass design was tested by Bill Adams compared to a dual pass rad (much like you are looking at) and was found to have only about 30% of the headloss as compared to the headloss of the dual pass.

This rad will preserve a higher flow rate for you, and a higher flow will give you better cooling.
