![]() ![]() I just got this about a week ago, Viewsonic V35, cost me $150. Pocket PCs are nice, I use mine for an MP3 player/ebook reader, and it does the job well. I want to get a couple games for it, but that'll have to wait until I get more $$$. I also want to get a SD media card, as the 38someodd mb is getting a little cramped ![]()

I haven't done much reading about the n-gage, but from what I've heard I wouldn't waste your money. The n-gage certainly isn't a very great phone since you have to hold the long/skinny face to the side of your head like holding a taco from the sides.
If you really just want to play games, the Game Boy Advance is probably as good as it gets until the next round of portables (Playstation Portable) are released. You have no idea how enjoyable it is to play Zelda: A Link to the Past on GBA. On top of that, there is Sonic Advance and Mario World 1/2 along with Mario Bros. 2/3 ![]() |

heh, yeah, i've always been of the mindset that cellphones are tools, nothing more. i wouldn't have bought one with a color screen a few months back if it didn't have much better reception than the non-color models.
just wait until they catch on more, and you'll have people driving down the highway playing games on the phone. camera phones are already starting to take some serious heat.

Well, the main problem with the nGage's phone capability is probably the fact that you have to hold it like this:

I have one and love it. The only downside is its expansion slot is SDIO. There just aren't many SDIO bits out there yet.
But then again, I've had this thing for 3 months now and still haven't needed to add anything to it other than an SD memory card for music. ou still look pretty goofy holding your PDA up to your head though. There's just no way around that.
