Matrix Revolutions what do you think

how many of you have seen revolutions yet ?

i was reading a paper yesterday before i went and they said it was dissapointing and just a sfx film.

i have to admit that i am a big matrix fan and as a rule never belive any reviews i read anyware but i think it was a fantastic film. I had to sit for most of the film keeping my bladder under controle as i was just transfixed on the screen.

at least in this one you didnt have to sit through the first half of the film while they had a bit of a do

so what are you thoughts but lets not spoil it for anyone that has not seen it.

I thought it was good, definitely a better movie than Reloaded. I also liked the ending .

effects -> great.
story -> predictable, somewhat poor.

Still, i liked the movie, but i was expecting better in the story department. They kept repeating the same dialogues we've heard before. And well ....er , Dragonball.

Now where's my Tron tape ...?

i think it's a good movie and i like the ending it's somewhat open but very good.
I like matrix (one) its a more complet movie than reloaded and revolution and revolution is in my eyes better than reloaded though both these make on movie.. The lack of Keanus bare white butt in revolution made me very happy.

But as i said im happy now i just have to sit back and wait for the last fellowship of the rings movie. I wonder what will happen in that one maby something alike in the book? :P

i just stepped in my house from watching revolutions. i was fairly impressed. they brought back a lot from the first movie. lots of character in the third one, and the story WAS good i thought. it had enough twists and turns to keep you interested through the whole thing, but seemed more like a suspense movie than anything. however, i think this suits a final movie just fine. the special effects were no more or less than in the first movie, but were more refined and realistic in this. they learned to incorporate special effects almost perfectly. on any account, i think it's worth your 6 bucks to go see, as long as you didnt hate the first two.

i think it was worth the night download on bit torrent. i hate them for making the sequels. people are so greedy, they see an oportunity for more money through milking, and they take it, regardless of what effect it will have. matrix 2 ruined what 1 had created. it was a crappy movie for FX only and to make money. matrix 3 was ok, the ending was disapointing, but at least someone died. there were so many better theories on the internet than what they chose, all they had to do is pick the best one and pay the guy who came up with it a mil or two, he'd been happy, and they would have had a great ending.

oh yea, and deff lots of DBZ stuff. like the fight with Smith, oh wait they puch eachother, get thrown a mile in the air, stop, fly toward eachother, punch at the same time and their energy blows up in a huge ball... ok, that's pretty much every fight in DBZ after a certain point.

it has been left open for more matrix stories but this was neo's story.
I do remeber reading there will be a matrix based online game at some point that continued on from the end of revolutions.
A tv series from the matrix would be good but it would have to be made well not cheap and cheesey.

i agree the fighting was getting very repetative along with smiths dialog it was all very inevitable but still a very enjoyable film to see.

do you get the feeling my fishbern had enough of the fighting he took a bit of a back seat in this one.

I thought the story was weak and unengaging.

Loved the special effects. But, you have to love them or there wasn't a movie there.

I expected alot more deep plot based on the past 2 movies. It might have been better than 2 but doesn't touch #1.
