Currently i am running a t-bird 1.133 cpu with a vantec hs with the delta 38 cfm fan on top. This fan is noisy as you may know and it doesn't bother me...but i am afraid it will bother my room mate when i start college. with keeping the noise down to a minimume, what is the best hsf combo that is priced reasonably?

Good Hsf's are all noisy so I would keep the thing mounted. As regarding the roommate get him interested in extreme cooling and he will just ignore the noise
