I can work on it. I am not great with HTML just yet, but I put my site together with a free template and am slowly figuring it out more and more. If my freeking custom-cooling host will pull their heads out of their asses and make thing work then custom-cooling may be a good url to use being I already own it.
I also have a forum of my own we can use and incorperate into your site if you like. |

This new block has settled down to about 8C over water temp after running it over night. Not to bad but not to good. I will mill the channels out a little more soon. Might just drop the corrosion test though and mill it tomorrow.

After 4 days of running. I am going to mill the channels to 3/8" deep now and try again. I like this design myself. Fixittt: the code is in the works so i will send it to you when I complete it.

Anyway I have been sending him the basic designs and he draws it up into a DFX and I run it through my CNC software to get the basic code and then I modify it to my likings. He came over a few times and showed me the basics. The first block I made I milled one by the hand wheels before I had the CNC hooked up. He then came over and lined me out on what to do. We ended up with that one design. Hey did you get my e-mails? |

I milled out the channels to 1/16" base by accident so i will try it anyways. At least it has a nive deep channel at 7/16". it may be ok with the fins in the middle. I just sealed it up and will put it on later today after the seal dries. I will then work on the other circular block inthe other thread. I need to round up a T and some hose. Probably put that one togther tomorrow.

Hummmm. Well milling the channels out hasn't helped. Still 8C over water temp with the XP1600@1523mhz 145FSB 2.05Vcore.
Still pretty good though! |
