it will only stuff up your voltages if you are running at no load, ie no computer, just connected to fans only. Otherwise, .2A or .3A isn't going to worry a psu rated at 40A on the 5v

I'm also running a 172mm Comair-Rotron (235 CFM) fan at 7 volts. Not effect on any of my other voltages.

I'd have to guess it's putting out about 150 CFM - and very quietly, too.

Other data: Dangerden Maze2 waterblock, lapped. Eheim 1250 pump, inline. 1/2"ID silicone tubing. Heatercore (from Dangerden) radiator.

Proc is an XP1700+ running at 1812 MHz (AGOGA, "Y", 0152). 1.80 vcore. Actually get higher clocks - and more stability - by LOWERING the vcore on this agoga core... the opposite of what I had going an XP1600 AGKGA core...

it's probably the heat thats stuffing you up with that voltage. How loud actually is it at 7v, like comparable to a 27cfm ystech 60mm, or less?
