Nice heavy box!!! 10pcs of 2" X 3" X 1/2" Copper stock and one end mill holder. About 20lbs. I will send it tomorrow at noon. Luckily the post Office is 1/4 mile from work.

well, maybe you could talk to a couple of the residents about buying power, to run it underground and through all the garages. if everyone does it, it may end up really cheap per person.

Havn't givin up yet!!! I just got back from a road trip and now I have to pack up and move out in the next few weeks. Once I get my endmill holder and am moved I am going to make a few of these blocks. I got a guy that need 2 blocks for his dully which I am going to probably use this design aswell. I just need to get the holder, move, and get the material!!!! ![]() |

Hey Jay is back!
Hope you had a good trip. Well I got a few tool holders made, but they were out of center. Had run out on the tool. What a mess. Well I took my mill to the machine shop so that Paul (What a great guy) can test the new ones first. When they are done Ill send you a complete set. all the way to 1/2 in. Also if you go get a 3/8 edge finder, Ill include an aluminum one for the edge finder (I cant beelive you dont already have one!!!!!!) Do you have a drill chuck for your mill? and if so, is it screwed onto a long shaft? If you can unscrew it and tell me the threads, I am getting some tool holders made that my little drill chuck will screw onto. Glad your back my friend, hope the move goes well. Got some bad news on the health side this past week. Life is gonna really start to suck.
