Snap Server 4500 & Snap Disk 10
Hi all,
Is it possible to connect the Snap Disk 10 to the Snap Server 4500 via the SCSI card instead of a SATA Controller card? Cheers in advance |

Re: Snap Server 4500 & Snap Disk 10
NO NO NO
The S10 controller is 4 ch SATA, Connecting a SCSI would not be good. I have not pinned out the cable used to connect the 4500 to S10. So I can not say a SCSI cable will work. I have been told they will not. The controller card for the 4500 is a 2 x 4 ch SATA controller.
