Snap Server Remote Administration

Hello All,
Is there any addon cards available to remotely, turn on and turn off snap servers, like in most rack mounted servers have these days.........
I want to administer a snap server remotely, so that its not left running when its not in use and bought online only when required, any suggestion would be appreciated

There are some UPS (APC) that you can do scheduled shutdowns. Most of the APC can startup on power restore. But the way snaps startup it must be an outage/restore. But I do not know how you can do remote startups.
