these fans any good?

i remember reading that thicker fans (more presure) were better in our application

the price is right

i'm running 2 thermaltake a1926 at 5volts pushing into pair of BIpros
the rads are in series
noise is my biggest issue - what i'm running now i can't hear but if i could get slightly better temps, i spend a little money

ps.

to anyone looking for a great looking quiet 5v 120mm fan i high recommend them and as a bonus the LEDs are about as bright as at 12v
airflow, however feels very weak

I had a couple of those Delta 120mm's at 130CMF. Sounded like my Shop Vac. Even at 5volts there were loud.
