Default WTB HS for video card/ chipset

I'm looking for a heat sink that will fit on my Geforce 2 MX that does not have a fan. Mine came with a tiny HSF that died almost immediately. I replaced it with a blorb, but the blorb makes more noise than any other fan in my case (my system is very quiet).

Anybody have a heat sink left over from an upgrade that will fit on the MX using the standard mounting holes?

Thanks,

David

I've got a heatsink that came off a Matrox G200, I also have an old 486 CPU fan that will fit on it if you get long enough screws. I don't know if the heatsink will fit your MX or not. Would you be willing to trade the blorb for them?

I really only need the the G200 HS....Please confirm that it was pinned or screwed on - NOT Glued. I'll give you a few PayPal bucks for it. Then after I've got it installed and my system is happy I'll sell you the blorb for $10.

It was pinned on, there was no glue, just a 'lil bit of thermal grease (it came off the chip with no problem once I got the pins to push thru) What are you looking on giving me for it? I don't need the paypaled money really since we would both loose some money on it, because we would get nailed by their charges, I'll just paypal or MO the difference if that works for you. Guess I'll put the fan on my other G200.
