Right now my CPU loop is looking like this
MCP350 3/8" > - - > MCW6000-64 3/8"> - - > MCW6000-64 3/8" > - - > BIP2 3/8" Over at 2CPU we've started to realise that heat is turning out to be a big issue for the chipsets on the Tyan Thunder K8WE (S2895). The problem is the position of the chips means that standard chipset waterblocks can't be used. We're investigating low profile chipset blocks (any recommendations?) but in the mean time I want to figure out how I'm going to split my loop. Now I'm presuming that the low profile chipset blocks will proably be 1/4" ID; does anybody know of a splitter with different sizes on the exits? 3/8" into 3/8" & 1/4"? The nForce Pro2200, nForce Pro2050 and AMD8131 are the chipsets we're planning on cooling. |

avoid splitting.
series usually works better. something like this : http://www.1a-cooling.de/shop/index_gpu-nb-cooler.htm ? ( 1A-NB-SLI, scroll down) looks restrictive , but has 3/8" adaptors (choice). doesnt interfere with the graphics card.

Agree for this kind of system (not restrictive).
