Well i got this setup with the 350 pump and everything is fine and dandy except for the air trapped in the resovair. I can't get it all out and my resovair is making bubbling sounds that are annoying. Its like 1/8" of unfilled space at the top of the whole resovair. Any suggestions?

Trying tilting the case 30 degrees so that the reservior is higher than its present position (use some books to prop the system). Then add more water. This should solve your problem. Let us know.

They need to update the design on these poly-res.... let me guess, it has a deep countersink for the fill plug, so you can't top it off without tilting it at all angles? Some vendors punch holes in the countersink threading on the fullsize polyres to let the air escape a little easier.
