^ If I understand, you had the pump connected to a fan controller, and you fried both pump and controller?

My best guess is you overloaded controller. By the sounds of it, it would appear to be the RPM signal side.

Was your controller able to handle 8W on single plug?

You can email me direct and we will figure whats up

looks like 1 channel of 4 is toast on the controller still, could have been some kind of overload when that debris jammed the mag. It is supposed to be rated at 17w per channel so that should have been a problem

The pump is apperently fine though, I can deal with the fan controller. I wanted a differant one anyway

So, if I understand, the pump was jammed for an extended period, and it is still OK?

Damn need to send this story too marketing

But to be honest, you likely have coil damage, strongly suggest new drive section.
